Specifications

Specifications include, but are not limited to: The consultants amount of work is expected to vary from month-to-month, depending on the factors inthe background information above. The scope of work presented in this RFQ/RFP is to be used as ageneral guide and is not intended to be a complete list of all work necessary to complete the project. It isanticipated that the selected consultant will support the Airport on the following general tasks:1. Review County Records and current noise impact boundary to identify properties that mightqualify for noise insulation and require acquisition of avigation easements,2. Coordinate noise insulation work, including architectural and engineering services, acousticaltesting, preparation of plans and specifications, and assistance in the procurement process toselect construction contractor(s) to construct noise insulation improvements,3. Execute agreements with property owners regarding participation in the NIP,4. Acquire and record avigation easements,5. Track, monitor and report inquiries from property owners regarding eligibility for noiseinsulation work,6. Track, monitor and report inquiries regarding warranty repairs of noise insulation work,7. Prepare outlay reports for FAA grant reimbursements, 8. Assist Airport staff or potential third-party with maintenance, upkeep, and content make-upand/or update of the NIP Webpage,9. Coordinate and oversee all external communications including third-party services to performwork,10. Develop cost projections and budgets related to ongoing and future needs of the NIP.11. Project Controls and Reporting. Contractor shall provide the following Project controls andreporting services:a. Utilize systems that are compatible with current Airport project control and reportingservices. These systems include, but are not limited to:1) Primavera Unifier (Unifier) for cost management and business processes2) OpenText eDocs for document control3) Microsoft Outlook for e-mails
