Specifications include, but are not limited to: The PORT will evaluate:1. Proposers problem identification and proposed approach to accomplish the work as describedin the Scope of Work and, appropriate, demonstrated capability to explore and developinnovative project recommendations.2. Proposers approach will be evaluated for comprehensiveness, accuracy of understanding ofkey issues and risks, and cogency of strategic thinking. Innovative approaches to mitigatingpredicted risks, where appropriate, will be rated favorably.Proposal Requirements1. Expand on perception of project considerations and key challenges, including specialproblems and risks.2. Expand on approach to meeting key challenges and identify potential mitigating measures toaddress special problems and risks.3. Recommend methodology or approach for addressing the Scope of Work.C. Interview/Presentation and DemonstrationInterview: If conducted, the interview will consist of an approximate one-hour question and answermeeting and may include scenarios. The Port will evaluate the firms:1. Responses to questions addressing the evaluation criteria above;2. Effectiveness in responding to questions individually and as a cohesive team, and ability toanswer questions clearly, concisely, and with specific examples.Presentation and Demonstration: Immediately following the one-hour interview, each firm will haveapproximately thirty minutes to present and demonstrate an online Affirmative Action Compliancetraining example and an online Anti-Discrimination training example. One of the trainings presentedmust be an employee version and one must be a manager version. The proposer may choose whichversion is shown. The Port will evaluate presentation elements including, but not limited to: 1. Ease of navigation2. Creative content covering key learnings of EEO/AA Compliance3. Professional visual/audio quality
