Specifications include, but are not limited to: Over the years, City departments have implemented additional information systems that have overlappingcapabilities with the ERP. This has resulted in duplication of work and inefficient processes. As part of theRFI process, the City would like to consider consolidating functionality of ancillary systems and processesinto the ERP. Currently, the following ancillary systems are utilized by the City:A. Cityworks: used for asset, inventory and work order management.B. BS&A: the Citys primary point of sale system. Functional requirements related to interfacing with a thirdparty point of sale system convey the Citys intent to maintain BS&A long-term. The Citys existing ERPis used for a minority of point of sale activities.C. Cayenta: the Citys utility management and utility point of sale system.
