Consultant shall be responsible for the professional quality and technical accuracy ofall reports, designs, drawings, specifications and other services furnished byConsultant under the Agreement as well as design and existing conditionscoordination. Consultant shall, without additional compensation, correct or revise anyerrors or omissions in its reports, design, drawings, specifications and otherServices.2. Consultant will use all due care and diligence to confirm that its reports, plans andspecifications and all other information provided by or on behalf of the District topotential bidders discloses and publishes any potentially relevant information thatcould, in any way, have an impact on a Contractor's cost of performance. Consultantshall advise the District of the most effective methods of identifying and securingsuch information as part of each stage of design. Consultant shall track for District'sbenefit all such suggested and disclosed information.
