Specifications include, but are not limited to: The underlying research on the economic numbers used to determine the cost of raising children are based on a study of family expenditures in intact families originally conducted in the early 1970s. The goal of this effort is to update the economic research on the needs of parents and children based on todays family structures, including looking at costs when the parents live in separate households.During the last quadrennial review, the State through its FOCB review committee, identified six objectives to study to allow the review committee to better conduct the next review.Bidders are welcome to submit bids on any or all the following objectives.
