Specifications include, but are not limited to: Conduct outreach and engagement activities to inform Early Care and Education Settings about ECCP and generate referrals for service delivery, to include:Development of a written marketing and engagement plan which details actions the Bidder will take and resources to be used to build community awareness of the ECCP service and develop sustainable relationships in the community with potential ECCP service users and referral sources;This written plan shall be submitted to the Department for approval within the first thirty (30) days following contract start.Participation in local community collaborative groups that focus on Children and families, such as Prevention Councils, Child Care Provider Communities of Practice, and others as identified;Direct outreach to potential service users, including Early Care and Education Settings, by phone, video meeting, e-mail, and in-person;Use of Department-approved ECCP promotional materials, including, but not limited to, flyers, mailings, and brochures;These materials must include customization for specific linguistic and cultural needs of the service area.Development of Memorandums of Understanding (MOU) or Memorandums of Agreement (MOA) with local schools, referral sources and other relevant local agencies to support system integration and coordination; andDelivery of an open professional development, community-based training to staff of ECE settings once per quarter on a topic related to the social-emotional development of young Children. Each Consultant will offer one (1) training per quarter for the duration of one (1) hour, which may be delivered in-person or via a secure virtual meeting platform. The Consultant will begin to offer community trainings following their first six (6) months of ECCP service delivery to build relationships in the ECE community and initially focus on their mastery of ECCP service delivery with fidelity to the ECCP model.Collaborate with ABH to ensure that ABHs subcontractor agreement is in place to license the ECCP service model, materials, and information system to the awarded Bidder. This includes copyright and proprietary issues.
