Specifications
Specifications include, but are not limited to: A. Contractor shall be responsible for creative and unique display of a minimum of1.7 million LED lights, installed, tested and properly working within designatedtimelines. Display should include holiday decoration pieces. Contractor will alsobe responsible for the maintenance, removal, packaging, storage and transport ofseasonal lighting and non-lighted decorations. Contractor will also be responsiblefor ensuring that all lights and decorations are ordered and received in time tomeet defined timelines. Contractor shall improve vendor oversight and respond,on site, to issues/outages/vandalism within 24 hours from report.B. Contractor shall have the ability to effectively communicate with multiple citydepartments within the City to ensure city and state codes are met and the powerusage is distributed properly.C. Contractor shall have the ability to provide backup solutions if there were ever tobe a power outage.
