Exact time schedule will be established uponcompletion of contract, between Contractor and Division. ; Contents of the box consists of general paperwork, mail, office supplies, forms, and case files.Box(s)/Pouch (es) are supplied by the State of Alaska. The contract price will cover delivery of one to threeboxes/pouches (the size that 10 reams of copy paper comes in) per location. . Contractor shall generate a delivery ticket each day of delivery and indicate the number of boxes picked up at eachsite. ; provide vehicle and any needed equipment to complete the courier service.
