Specifications include, but are not limited to: A qualified firm to provide Districtwide Special Projects and CommunicationServices to cover mobility focused education and outreach in support of District FourModal Development programs. These services shall be performed in District Four, whichconsists of Broward, Palm Beach, Martin, St. Lucie, and Indian River Counties andpossibly the surrounding areas.This Scope of Services describes and defines activities which may be required by theFlorida Department of Transportation for a range of services to support education andoutreach on transportation modes that include, but are not limited to: communicationplanning and implementation, messaging development, public relations and communityinvolvement, customer service, general translation and interpreting services, projectwebsite/social media development and maintenance, preparation of related mediacommunications and collateral materials, media interviews, customer surveys, preparationof audio/video exhibitions, project planning coordination and implementation, and otherservices that may be related.
