All correspondence must be made through the Vendor Portal.Specifications include, but are not limited to: The selected firm shall perform preliminary engineering and plan development services necessary to produce construction contractdocuments in accordance with the INDOT project development process. The selected firm shall complete an Engineering Assessment (ifnecessary), Topographic Survey, Design and Plan Development, Hydraulic Analysis, Environmental Documentation, Permits Applications,Right-of-Way Plan Development (including R/W Engineering, Title Research and Staking, (if needed), Geotechnical Engineering, UtilityCoordination, Pavement Design, Construction Phase Services and other related services as needed. Other services such as EcologicalSurveys, Archeological Investigations, Historical/Architectural Investigation, and Wetland Mitigation, may be included later if these work typesbecome necessary. INDOT will provide Real Estate Acquisition Services.
