Specifications

Specifications include, but are not limited to: Remove existing salt contaminated soil pile in its entirety and grade site to its approximate original existing grade as indicated by the Contract Documents. Salt contaminated soil must be disposed of at the Charles County Sanitary Landfill. Segregate and dispose of unsuitable materials including wood, metal, plastic, concrete, macadam, gravel, and other miscellaneous debris encountered during excavation and grading from the project site and dispose of the material at the Charles County Sanitary Landfill or other approved disposal location. Refer to Section 201 for explanation of excavation requirements.
