Specifications include, but are not limited to: Qualified firms withdemonstrated experience in courtroom technology to provide a commercial offthe-shelf(COTS) Digital Recording Solution. The scope of work shall include theinstallation, configuration and implementation of a Digital Recording Solutionalong with supporting systems (i.e., public announcement). Initially the projectwill provide equipment for the Countys Magistrate Court which is comprised ofnine (9) courtrooms.At a minimum, the components of the project should include: Design of PA and digital recording systems for each courtroom Construction and installation of all cabling/wiring and hardware Configuration and implementation of all solution components withincourtroom Configuration and implementation of all solution components withindatacenter(if needed) Training of users (judges and support staff) to use the solution Training of County IT staff to assist successful Proposer in the monitoring,support and administration of the solution On-call monitoring, support and administration of the solution
