Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Contractor agrees to provide to the California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) Rightof Way Demolition and Clearance services, Asbestos/Lead Paint Abatement services, and StormWater Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP) or Water Pollution Control Program (WPCP) servicesand implementation of said Plan(s) as described herein:A. Contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, supplies, permits, materials, and incidentalsnecessary to perform the tasks as set forth herein and under the review and approval of theCaltrans Contract Manager, its designee or successor (Caltrans Contract Manager). The workshall be done in accordance with all city and county codes/regulations, as further detailed inSection 2 of this Exhibit A
