Provide robust reporting tools allowing for both standard reports and ad hoc reporting. API integration allowing the "push and pull" from existing College systems. These systems include Northstar (Student Information System SQL database), Tableau, Docuware, and Microsoft Outlook.Proposed solution is to have a simple and intuitive user interface allowing the user to create, edit or search contacts and contact interactions.Track multi-channel customer interactions including face-to-face meetings, web, email, phone, etc.Integrate current best practices for security and FERPA compliance.
