Specifications

Specifications include, but are not limited to: The scope of this work includes two phases of cost estimating. The initial phase will be performed once Consultant receives the necessary information (plans, specifications, and quantities) from the FOR (90%) submittal. Once final construction plans are received, Consultant will revise the unit prices for final GMP set. The Consultant should plan for two 2-hour meetings with the City and CEI to discuss and compare the assumptions and approach in determining the unit prices with differences greater than 10-percent. In addition, the Consultant should plan for two (2) regular progress and two (2) correspondence meetings with the City each month during the anticipated seven (7) month duration (October 2020 to April 2021) from the FOR submittal to reviewing the final GMP cost proposal. Provide a letter addressed to the Westminster City Council stating the extent of the GMP review and whether the costs are determined to be reasonable.
