Specifications include, but are not limited to: (1)Overview video with interviews with several Museum staff members and project staff, broll, and a graphic look for animations, lower thirds, branding/logo bug placement, for a 90second video about the upcoming reopening of the Bullock Museum's first floor gallery space. Four interviews total will be conducted as part of this video in Austin, TX, and the interviews conducted for this first video in the series will also need to be interwoven in subsequent videos, so interview topics must include questions related to the following video subjects. This video may be delivered after other videos, and interviews can be scheduled separately, so the vendor can establish a process and use these video interviews for explanatory content in the other videos. (2) Video featuring archaeologist Mike Collins and his find of a central artifact in the exhibition. Interview(s), broll, artifact footage, and landscape/site broll and footage will need to be filmed at an archaeology site in Florence, Texas (49 miles north of Austin), and at Texas State University in San Marcus, Texas. (3) Video featuring preservation and conservation work on a St. Francis statue, which will be included in the upcoming exhibition. Some broll has been filmed from the preservation process, so production work will be required to marry this existing footage with additional interviews (four total, all in San Antonio), additional broll, ongoing conservation and preservation work, and landscape/site footage at the San Antonio Missions and in the conservator's studio. (4) Video featuring preservation and conservation work on a Mission gate, the Herrera Gate, which will be included in the upcoming exhibition. Broll will need to be filmed in San Antonio Missions, in an East Austin warehouse where the artifact is currently stored, and at the Bullock Museum (there is an accompanying gate that has already been preserved in the Museum). Two interviews will be conducted for this, including one in East Austin with the conservator and one proximate to San Antonio, Texas.
