Specifications include, but are not limited to: Data ManagementProvide data cleaning and importing services for waste hauler data via Excel worksheets on a quarterly basis (at minimum) to organize and identify customer account data including, but not limited to, service changes, new accounts, and closed accounts.Identify and communicate inconsistencies in received data sheets on an as-needed basis.Provide a web-based interface with a simple form for data entryProvide a means for manual data entry or import of spreadsheet data via document uploadCompliance Tracking and Customer Relationship ManagementTrack SB 1383, AB 1826, and AB 341 compliance information (or other regulations, as needed,) on a generator-by-generator basis including, but not limited to, service levels of each material type, service management type (waste hauler, self-haul, back-haul,) landscaper details, De Minimus and Physical Space waiver status and issuance information, annual inspection status, and edible food generator tier and compliance status and details. Track outreach to commercial generators including but not limited to emails, phone calls, direct mailings, site visits, and on-site photos. Schedule commercial generator contacts on a generator-by-generator basis by including the ability to designate a responsible staff person (hauler or City staff) andschedule staff reminders. Allow in-field updates via mobile device.Reporting and Record KeepingProvide ability to search, sort, and filter data.Allow for export of desired records to Excel or CSV files. Generate standardized reports summarizing SB 1383, AB 1826, and AB 341, or other applicable regulations as deemed necessary for compliance, compliance informationincluding but not limited to total number in compliance (broken down by law), compliance data by management type (e.g. hauler, self-haul, back-haul, landscaper), and edible food generator compliance.Generate electronic reports summarizing total outreach activities including number of calls, site visits, emails, and direct mailers. Show generator history including old service levels and previous outreach activity. Generate electronic reports showing compliance trends. Allow for upload of documents related to individual generators
