Specifications include, but are not limited to: Phase 1 Submit construction sequence plan for approval.Phase 2 Contractor shall research and document all existing field wiring to include terminal blocklayout, wire number, wire color and wire size for each existing control panel. Trace and identifyany signal, power or control wiring that is not shown on the P&IDs. Install temporary labels on allfield (and factory as needed) wiring in existing Control Panels. Submit for approval.Phase 3 Install new Filter Control Panels, test, energize and establish temporary radiocommunications. Label and pull all new conductors from existing to new control panels.Phase 4 Install and configure fiber optic networkPhase 5 Decommission existing Filter Control Panels one at a time. Confirm operations andcommunications of each new Filter Control Panel before moving to the next filter.Phase 6 Remaining work. Control panels for Raw Water pump station, Effluent pump station,Main control panel and Chemical Systems control panel. Sequence to be determined duringconstruction. Filter control panels must be completed first.
