Specifications include, but are not limited to:A. The Scope of Work (SOW) consists of: Modification to chiller plant including removal of old chiller andcomponents identified. Modification to piping, electrical and concrete pad as indicated. Installation of all newcomponents indicated and new BAS system to monitor chiller plant. This shall be a turnkey project to include allnecessary permits, demolition, removal, disposal, new equipment completely installed per ConstructionDocuments.1. Demolition of existing chillers and concrete pad.2. Foundation work as indicated.3. All components including but not limited to chillers, pumps, air separator, expansion tank, chemical feeder,BAS system.4. Steel fabrication as indicated.5. All materials required for Electrical modifications and indicated.
