Catering and On-Site Event Management Services

Specifications include, but are not limited to: Cost estimates for food, beverage, tables, linens, glassware/utensils, candles, andoutdoor tent for catering prep (~20 ft. x 30 ft.), including: Cocktail Hour (6:00 6:45 pm) with light passed hors d'oeuvres, specialtycocktail and premium open bar for 200 guests (scattered high-top tables;glassware) structured bar tops Seated Dinner (7:00 8:00 pm) with a starter, entre, and wine service for200 guests (mix of rounds and rectangle estate tables; full place-settings,glassware, linens and votives) Elevated experience for the Life of the Party table (TBD) Prom Dance reception (8:00 11:00 pm) with heavy appetizer stations (for 125) andpremium open bar (re-purpose high-top tables from cocktail hour; move to plasticdrinking ware) Dessert Reception (9:00 11:00) with innovative stationary sweets station(s) for 300guests (lounge and cocktail seating + reusing some dinner banquet tables) Please note there may be a flip of the seated dinner space (8:00-9:00pm) thatreopens to guests, or we may design the space to accommodate the dinnerand dance throughout the entire venue. A single bar, second heavy appetizer station and coffee/tea station should beavailable after dinner. Lounge seating would be provided by the production vendor not the caterer. Coat check for approximately 200 guests Additional 7-foot tables for registration, silent auction, king and queen activation(minimum of 12) Proposal should outline all costs including any labor, equipment, supplies, materials and thefood and beverage cost (only) per person for VIPs (cocktail hour, seated dinner, dance, anddessert receptions) and General Attendees (just dance and dessert receptions). Experience working with other non-profits for fundraising events and a previous workingrelationship with the venue (Dock 5 at Union Market) preferred. Confirmation/commitment to the below timeline.
