Specifications include, but are not limited to:The purpose of this task is to coordinate the project team, prepare and review effort details andprogress letters, invoice the project and process project expenses. Coordinate meeting(s)/discussions with WES and permitting agencies as necessary. Develop a project schedule and provide monthly updates. Provide monthly project status reports submitted with invoices, showing work performedby task, percent spent vs percent complete for task and whole project, upcoming tasks,and issues/needs.Deliverables: Monthly invoices and progress letters.Task 2: Site IrrigationThe Contractor will be responsible for irrigation of the project site for the duration of thecontract. The site is currently being irrigated with a temporary hose & sprinkler system. Thesource of water is Carli Creek, and water withdrawals for irrigation must be in conformance withexisting water rights. Water right information is provided as reference information (Appendix C).Irrigation must be provided for the Detention Cell, Treatment Terrace, and Backwater Channelareas, as shown on the Drawings (Appendix D).The contractor shall provide a recommendation to WES regarding the best irrigation system forthis site, either flexible/temporary or a more permanent/fixed system. Upon approval of theirrigation plan, the Contractor will be responsible for furnishing, installing, and maintaining thecomplete, fully functional, irrigation system that will be operational for the entire contract period(5 years).The following are the minimum performance criteria for the irrigation system: Operated weekly at first from late spring through fall and provide the equivalent of 1.5inches of water at a rate no greater than 2 inches per hour, and as needed as plantsbecome established. Above ground irrigation system. Sprinklers that provide head to head coverage of plant zones indicated in the Drawings(Appendix D). Pressure throughout system complies with manufacturer's recommended minimumrequirements. Design for prevailing wind of five mph and local soil types. Adjust sprinkling time to soil type to avoid water runoff. Avoid over-spray onto adjacent trails.
