Specifications include, but are not limited to: The purpose of this proposal is to contract a firm to develop a comprehensive, compelling brand identity system andvalue proposition to evoke immediate recognition of Metropolitan State University, a university known for itsaccessibility, flexibility and affordability. This proposal includes assessing and updating the primary brandingelements including the Universitys name, the development of a logo (or logos), graphics, color and fontspecifications, usage guidelines, graphic standards, positioning statements, and key messages. The selected firm willprepare a complete implementation plan along with supporting materials, documentation and creative collateral. Theuniversitys constituents and mission are distinct in Minnesotas higher education marketand give the university arare and unique character. The new brand identity system must use that character to distinguish Metropolitan StateUniversity from its competitors.
