Specifications

Specifications include, but are not limited to: All labor, materials, equipment,tools, and utility and transportation services, and perform and complete all work required in connectionwith Branch New Classrooms Foundations and Site Work Project. The Project consists of the construction of four new classroom buildings and modifications toexisting play areas. Classrooms to be constructed off site, placed on concrete slabs, andfinished by JTS Modulars Inc. General Contractor to install utilties, slab on grade includingembed plates per plans provided by JTS. Project also includes installation of a new fire watertank with associated pump, site work, and new site piping. General contractor to provide allwork shown on the plans exclusive of buildings, mechanical systems, and carpeting.
