Specifications include, but are not limited to: The State of Delaware will lease agricultural lands known as land in and around the Schaffner Tract ofBlackbird State Forest, subject to the following:TERM OF LEASEThe term of this lease is for seven (7) crop seasons commencing on the 1st day of April 2023 and terminatingon the 31st day of December 2029, without written notice of such termination, unless sooner terminated asherein provided. The Department of Agriculture reserves the right to raise the land rent up to (25%) of thecurrent rate after December 31st, 2024. The percentage shall take effect for the remaining (5) years if the lesseeagrees to the new terms.ACREAGEFields that are designated and offered for lease by DFS are 120 acres +/-. The DFS does not guarantee the exactacres of the land for lease.
