Specifications

Specifications include, but are not limited to: The City of Burleson is currently utilizing an Avaya Communications Manager VoIP phone system with Avaya 9630 and 1603 handsets. The City is requesting to upgrade our system to an Avaya IP Office solution that will allow us to use the existing handsets. The bid will include upgrading Avaya hardware/software at all city locations and the addition of Avaya call reporting and call recording features. The bid will also need to include a FaxFinder 50 2-channel server and Avaya support for all systems priced at one and three year options. The bid form to submit pricing will be available through Bonfire.
