Specifications include, but are not limited to: Provide a timeline for complete installation, data conversion and entry, andstaff training. Only the most recent two-weeks of client data and subscriptiontrips will be entered into the new system. This timeline should be by weeknumber from project startup date and detail the complete implementationprocess, responsibility areas and so forth.Vendor will either manually enter data to ensure accuracy ofgeocoding and to remove old/unnecessary information or import datathen manually check for accuracy.The proposal should include two training plans, one that meets theminimum requirements listed in this section and a one that represents apremium training plan so the transit system can select which one is mostappropriate for its needs. Each of these plans must be clearly describedand priced in the Cost Proposal section.
