Specifications
Specifications include, but are not limited to: Establish policies and procedures to provide for the assessment and driver safety plans for persons who operate a motor vehicle while under the influence of intoxicants or other drugs and who voluntarily, or by court order or by order of the Wisconsin Department of Transportation undergo an intoxicated driver assessment and monitor completion of a driver safety plan. Coordinate with the Outagamie County HHS IDP Coordinator on development of policies and procedures to comply with 62.04 (15). Implement written policies, procedures and guidelines as defined by DHS 62.05 (13). Implement an Interagency program for intoxicated driver committee (IPID committee) and work with Outagamie County HHS IDP Coordinator on coordination of this committee. Appoint a designated director for the IDP. Identify and refer to approved treatment providers to meet requirements of driver safety plans. Complete assessments and safety plans as defined by DHS 62.07 (17). Compliance reporting for assessments as defined by DHS 62.08 (14). Compliance reporting for driver safety plans as defined by DHS 62.09 (16). Client Rights as defined by DHS 94 and s. 51.61 will be implemented by written policy and procedure.
