Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. A list of locations for repairs will be provided to the Contractor by the City with a minimum ofone ton worth of hot asphalt mix.2. Contractor must provide services within ten (10) days after being notified that asphalt repairservices are needed.3. Contractor shall provide all tools and equipment necessary to patch potholes including, butnot limited to, shovels, rakes, leaf blowers (not gas powered), brooms, and hand tamps. Thecontractor will be required to pick-up and haul materials to the job site.4. The Contractor shall provide the bituminous tack coat material. The tack coat material shallbe non-diluted, Grade SS1h in compliance with Section 94, Asphaltic Emulsions, of theCaltrans Standard Specification. The Contractor shall provide a certificate of compliance forthis material upon request.5. The Contractor shall conduct these road repair operations in a manner that causes minimumobstruction and inconvenience to the public. The Contractors traffic control shall be incompliance with the latest edition of the California Manual on Uniform Traffic Control Device(CA MUTCD) guidelines.
