Specifications include, but are not limited to: The successful bidder will be required to provide the following services: Asset Management- The ability to create and maintain a centralized Asset Management Database to trackutilization, adds, removals and Break-Fix Service and Supplies activities for all devices. Proactive Monitoring- The vendor must provide proactive monitoring of the Networked Devicepopulation to enable availability, service and supplies delivery, asset activity and utilization reporting. Break-Fix Services- Break-Fix Services include normal repair, maintenance and replacement of parts tomaintain devices in good working condition in order to ensure print output quality to be defined as follows:1. No extraneous ink marks2. No double printing, banding or ghosting3. Print aligned with the paper
