Specifications include, but are not limited to: A.Furnish labor, materials, tools equipment and other incidentals needed to perform an annual inspection of Fire Alarm Systems and smoke detectors located in all buildings on Grambling State University's campus. B.The Contractor will be responsible for furnishing a controlled smoke chamber and other instrumentation or tools as required to perform the tests. Contractor shall provide all labor needed to move devices and detector shields as needed. Subsequent re-installation of devices and covers shall be complete and in compliance with manufacturer's recommended procedures. C.The Contractor shall provide Grambling State University's Facilities Department with copies of all inspection reports. D.The Contractor shall notify the Facilities Department in writing, should any repairs be required with a firm cost estimate to affect the repairs. E.Should any devices be found non-functional, the Contractor shall report same to Grambling State University's Facilities Department, who will then make determination for a remedy.
