Specifications

Specifications include, but are not limited to: Vendors shall provide cost for semi-annual, annual and sensitivity inspections of fire alarm systems. Three (3) quarterly and one (1) annual inspections for sprinkler systems. Five (5) year internal pipe inspection that shall be completed in 2020. Annual certificationof fire extinguishers, semi-annual inspection of restaurant fire suppression systems, annual testing of emergency/exit lights. Monthly monitoring of fire and burglar alarm systems at designated GDPM locations. Vendors shall provide cost for 90 minutes annualemergency/exit lights functional testing according to NFPA 101 Section 7.9.3.1.1(2) OFC 604.6.2. GDPM employees will conduct 30 second monthly testing at all locations. All inspections shall be completed according to NFPA 25 / life Safety 101 Standards. The vendor shall provide services for a twelve (12) month contract for the first year and two (2) twelve month options.
