Specifications

Specifications include, but are not limited to: The project generally includes repair and replacement of water mains and service laterals as well as sanitary sewer mainline and lateral replacement. Approximately 1,320 linear feet of new 18-inch PVC sewer main will be constructed along Gum Avenue from East Street through FourthStreet and approximately 1,550 linear feet of new 12-inch PVC sewer main will be constructed on Marshall Avenue from Fourth Street to College Street. More than 5,800 linear feet of mainline water pipe will be replaced with new 8-inch diameter mains on College Street from Bartlett Avenue to Marshall Avenue, on Marshall Avenue from College Street to Fourth Street, on Fourth Street from Marshall Avenue to Gum Avenue, on Gum Avenue from Fourth Street to Thomas Street, and on Third Street from Marshall Avenue to Pendegast Street. Residences served by thenew water main will be reconnected with new polyethylene services.
