The work includes the removal of the existing roofing and associated items down to the existing structural deck/existing insulation. Once this is complete, a new roof will be installed. Using the maps, photographs and videos that are included with this ITB prospective bidders are encouraged to familiarize themselves with the work site. Due to the current closure of all City buildings and facilities because of the COVID-19 virus pandemic there will be no formal pre-bid conference and/or site visit concerning this project.
