Specifications
Specifications include, but are not limited to: 6.1 Line 1 Boat6.1.1 New 2021 or newer 17 aluminum workboat.;6.1.2 Modified vee bottom;6.1.2.1 Modified vee bottom should go full length of the boat with a vee at the transom (full length ofboat);6.1.3 Centerline should be at least 17 9.;6.1.4 Beam width 84.;6.1.5 Bottom width 68.;6.2 Line 2 Motor6.2.1 Newest model year 60HP outboard motor or larger installed on above boat.;6.2.1.1 Holes where motor is bolted on need to be sealed so water doesnt leak in.;6.2.2 Remote steering must match the boat as per the manufacturer recommendations.;6.2.3 20 shaft.;6.2.4 Electric start;6.2.5 Power trim and tilt.;6.3 Line 3 Trailer6.3.1 New 2021 or newer Galvanized Roller Trailer sized and adjusted to fit boat and motor in this package.;6.3.2 Trailer must be fully assembled properly sized with adequate GVWR to carry boat (with accessories thatmay include anchor, trolling motor, batteries, depth finder, plus 400 pounds of gear) and motor with fullfuel tank in this package. The contract vendor will be responsible to add these weights together toprovide the adequate GVWR. ;6.3.3 To prevent invasive species all material must be of a smooth surface (no marine grade carpet) andshould be I-beam or open channel frame (see photo 16).;6.3.3.1 Guides: Side-mounted, UV-resistant, bunk-style Marine grade HDPE (Trade name: SeaBoard),UHMW, PTFE (or similar plastic which is wear, chemical, and temperature resistant) loading guides withsufficient bolts to prevent waviness;6.3.4 Roller trailer rated for 3,500 lbs, with factory stamp for 2,990 GVWR.;6.3.5 If equipped with a torsion axle, a trailer lift kit (see photo 17) should be installed to increase theclearance between the torsion spindles and trailer frame or axle design to where the axle doesntcontact the frame and the wheel well (fender) doesnt contact the tire when the torsion mechanismfails.
