Furnish the County and other agencies all monthly, quarterly, and annual reports as required orrequested by such agencies, including preparation and filing of all reports required by the State ofOregon in connection with the Countys self-insurance program.b. Assign an Account Executive to the County as the primary contact on issues not directly related tospecific claims.c. Provide procedures and timetable for the initial setup and implementation of the Countys accountinto your system.d. Hold quarterly claim reviews with County Risk Management staff.e.
