Specifications include, but are not limited to: Proposals for windstorm insurance (named storm, other wind and hail) are requested as follows:1. LIMITS OF LIABILITY: Quotes are requested based on the full value of all properties per Schedule.Alternative quotes are requested for per occurrence loss limits of $30,000,000, $40,000,000 and$50,000,000.Include the following as extensions for the full value quote and sublimits for per occurrence quotes:A. $1,000,000 sublimit for blanket BI/EE with a separate deductible of 72 hours actual losssustained.B. Fine Arts $500,000C. Ordinance or Law $1,000,000 there shall be no limitation regarding percentage of buildingdamage required before ordinance or law is applicableD. Valuable Papers - $500,000E. Unnamed locations & transit - $250,000F. Spoilage - $50,000Flag poles, street lights, decorative lights, signal lights, fences, pilings, piers, docks, wharves andother such property should be included in covered property as per the schedule provided.2. DEDUCTIBLES: Provide alternative quotes with deductibles of 1% and 2% subject to alternateminimums of $100,000 and $250,000 per-occurrence. Wind other than named storm should have a$25,000 deductible. Include a deductible buy down coverage option to $25,000 for named storm.
