Specifications

Specifications include, but are not limited to: The selected firm shall be responsible for the monitoring and maintenance of the I-69 Corridor Section 5 mitigation sites on an as neededbasis. This includes wetland, stream, forest and Threatened and Endangered Species (TES) habitat. The work will be completed followingFederal Highway Administration (FHWA), other federal and state regulations and guidance documents and INDOT guidance. The selectedfirm shall assist INDOT in complying with the conditions of the Section 5 permits and the approved mitigation plans. The work will beassigned and reviewed by the Environmental Services Division (ESD) Ecology and Waterway Permitting Office (EWPO). The minimummonitoring period is five years. If it is determined that forested wetlands exist then the monitoring period would be ten years. The selectedconsultant's fee proposal shall be due 15 calendar days after the selection date for this RFP item.
