Specifications include, but are not limited to:Website LaunchThe Vendor will create deployment environments on its virtual servers, to include a Dev Server,a Staging Server, and a Production Server. These environments will be created within two (2)weeks of the contract start date. Each environment will be configured to the specificationsprovided by the City, and will serve to host the City's website,, whichoperates on the Drupal 7 CMS. These environments must offer Git connection modes for DRCSand SCM functionality. In addition, these environments will serve to host any static HTMLpages and microsites created by the City, such as TheVendor will not be responsible for creating, maintaining, or providing support for thesemicrosites, except to ensure that users can access the server directories where they are stored(/var/www/[microsite directory]). Furthermore, the Vendor is not expected to provide anyrevision control over the City's updates to microsite directories; these changes will be deployeddirectly to the production server via SFTP and fully managed by the Project Manager.Within one (1) week of the creation of the deployment environments, the Vendor will deploy theCity's GitHub repository for the website redesign project to each environment. Each environmentwill be secured by password and unavailable for public viewing until directed otherwise by theProject Manager. When the Project Manager indicates that the website is ready to be released onthe City's primary domain (, the Vendor will make the Production Serverpublicly available and the City will update its DNS records to point to the Production Server.The Vendor will carefully analyze the Drupal 7 website and project codebase in general to gain afull understanding of the website's components and structure, including modules, blocks, views,content types, and taxonomies. The Vendor will seek any necessary clarification on the websitesintended function and appearance from the Project Manager
