Chart Records (including Referral, Intake, Client Profile, Entitlements, Employment History, Medical, aswell as Service Delivery components such as Contact Logs, Service Plans, Progress Notes, ChartingTimetables, Service Coordination, Referrals, Hospitalizations, Group Notes, Discharge Plans, Follow-upand Outcome).2. General Information (including e-mail, reception desk functions, incident reporting, and System Set-upas User Permissions and LoginTracking).3. Administration Functions (including Utilization Reports, Personnel and Human Resources Function,Fiscal and Billing Functions, Census, Population Trends and Property Maintenance).System Should Be able to Handle up to 50 Users Concurrently.Vendor will submit invoices on a quarterly basis (after service has been rendered).
