he City of Grand Rapids is issuing this Request for Proposal (RFP) toobtain proposals from experienced and qualified companies to furnish andinstall water monitoring instrumentation, as per the specifications containedin the attached RFP document. RFP information and documents shall beavailable to vendors registered in WebProcure. Vendors must beregistered with the City of Grand Rapids' online procurement system,WebProcure, in order to be considered. The City of Grand Rapids is issuing a Request for Proposal (RFP) fromqualified firms to assist the Environmental Services Department withsupport and expertise in installing additional instrumentation in WaterDistributions Stations which will integrate with existing SCADA systems, asper specifications contained in the attached RFP document. Services areto include all hardware, software, warranties, and staff training. No additional specifications were given.
