Specifications include, but are not limited to: PRODUCT OR SERVICE SPECIFICATIONS & SCOPE: All goods and services shall conform to the Instructions to Bidders, and Standard Terms and Conditions as modified or added to by the following Scope of Services: 4.1 CONTRACTOR will provide all labor and materials for the routine, preventive maintenance of various washers and dryers on a scheduled basis (quarterly or 3x annually). Routine, scheduled preventive maintenance will be charged at a flat rate and include all recommended manufacturers parts and labor. Routine maintenance will follow manufacturers recommendations to include at a minimum: Washing Machines: Ensure washing machine is level and on firm footing. Inspect washing machine hoses for tight fittings, bulges, cracks, and leaks and replace if damaged. Tighten loose fittings. Clean rubber gaskets and drums. Check and clean drain pump filter on front-loading washers. Run test load.Dryers: Clean out dryer lint filter. Tighten loose fittings. Clean rubber gaskets and drums. Remove and clean out the entire exhaust duct line from dryer to exterior. Inspect dryer belts and replace if damaged. Run test load. 4.2 CONTRACTOR will provide all labor and materials for the repair of various washers and dryers on an as needed basis. Labor for unscheduled repairs to be charged hourly. Parts for unscheduled repairs to be charged separately. 4.3 CONTRACTORs technicians will all be licensed, certified, and have a minimum of one year experience in the repair and maintenance of the brands/models they are assigned to repair and maintain. 4.4 CONTRACTOR will pick-up and deliver equipment to be repaired if unit cannot be repaired on site. 4.5 CONTRACTOR will be responsible for any damage incurred to a Pima County facility resulting from the negligent use of the premises or equipment while performing the scope of work defined in this contract. 4.6 CONTRACTOR will use materials and supplies of highest quality and meet manufacturer guidelines. Items not meeting these requirements will be replaced at no cost to the County, including labor to replace the item. 4.7 CONTRACTOR guarantees all maintenance, repairs or replacement parts will be free from defect in workmanship, design and material for until the end of the contract term or one (1) year, whichever is later. 4.8 CONTRACTOR will furnish all necessary supplies, labor, and equipment to perform services. 4.9 All invoices will include a written description of the work performed
