Have the ability to manage and oversee the day to day administration of a cafeteria plan that encompasses group medical insurance, disability income insurance, accident and cancer insurance, group life insurance (IRC Section 79), dental insurance, dependent care assistance (FSA) and medical expense reimbursement (FSA). 2. Be able to furnish advice and make recommendations to the Plan Sponsor to improve, rewrite or amend the cafeteria plan, maintain or become compliant with the Internal Revenue Code, identify other benefit options available for inclusion in a cafeteria plan, ensure the Plan Sponsor is aware of its annual obligations pursuant to the Internal Revenue Code and/or the cafeteria plan document, and related recommendations.
