Specifications include, but are not limited to:The District is soliciting proposals from qualified Offerors to provide a RFP for centralized VOIP Cloud SIP Trunking Channels with Long Distance Services. These services are being requested to support the Districts Centralized (CUCM/ 9.1.2) Cisco Unified Communication Manager VOIP Phone System. The current District centralized VOIP cloud channel capacity is 336 channels with 300 minutes per channel per month of long distance service for approximately 5500 Cisco IP phones. The current service also provides CCISD with 5,000 new (DIDs) direct inward dialing numbers. The selected vendor would need to port up to 5,000 existing CCISD (DIDs) direct in dialing numbers as part of the cutover. The selected vendor would need to ensure their service would work with current equipment, Cisco 2951 router version 15.3(3). Proposals must be all inclusive (turnkey) installation of equipment and all licensing required.7.1 Each project will be turn-key solution. Due to availability of District funds, District construction plans, and other factors, the District will have the right to select which projects and/or options it chooses to do and when. Once the initial award is made, the District can choose to add additional projects and/or options as they become feasible and to request changes, additions or deletions to reflect the needs of the District.7.2 No additional work beyond the contract shall be performed without written authorization in the form of a change order authorized by the Office of Purchasing and Distribution and coordinated through the Technology Service Center.7.3 Proposed prices shall be all inclusive and represent complete installation and/or delivery of projects as specified.7.4 The channel capacity (minimum 336maximum 500) shown on this request are based on estimated needs. The District reserves the right to increase or decrease quantities to meet actual needs throughout the duration of the contract period/s.7.5 Agreement shall reflect the unrestricted ability to add, delete, or consolidate services to accommodate the District without penalty.7.6 Pricing must be itemized in detail for each item, feature, and service proposed.7.7 Provide pricing for any ongoing fees, programming charges, service or consultation charges.7.8 Responses shall include all equipment, hardware, software, installation, configuration, training, maintenance, testing, certification, warranties, and consulting services.7.9 The successful offeror shall be responsible for all parts, labor and all other associated items necessary to completely install, test, and turnover as appropriated and specified for acceptance by the District.
