Specifications

Specifications include, but are not limited to: The District is looking for a qualified vendor to install a visitor management system along with software licenses for ninety-six (96) locations within ninety (90) workings days after receipt of the purchase order. The District assumes that all visitor management systems along with equipment will be installed in the main office at each school. However, the final location of all devices will be determined on a school by school basis. Final approval to proceed for each school is contingent on approval by CCS and its designee. The awarded vendor for this project must attend meetings at a date, time and place designated by CCS to ensure project is staying on schedule as deemed necessary.
