The Vermont Corridor is identified as the area located on South Vermont Avenue between Fourth and Sixth Streets in the City of Los Angeles. These County-owned facilities have contributed to blight in the surrounding community. The facilities have experienced a high level of deterioration, and offer few operating efficiencies for the County employees that occupy these facilities.
