Specifications include, but are not limited to:The contractor shall be given space with the AVM DC to set up inventory/vending machines as needed, within a specified area, to stock consumable/hardware/PPE/first aid/janitorial supplies. Machines must be set up, tested, stocked and ready for use up to three months after the contract period starts. b.New vending equipment if used - is not mandatory for this contract. Either new or reconditioned equipment is acceptable. c.The contractor shall keep any vending machines in proper mechanical and electrical working order at all times. All equipment shall be clean, attractive and in a sanitary condition. The vendor will need to submit to POS the technical specifications and sizes of proposed vending machines to be used to POS ahead of time to ensure POS can meet the requirement for space and electrical support. d.The contractor shall have access to the DC workdays from 7 AM to 4:30 PM. e.The items to be stocked shall be provided by the POS AVM DC staff to the contractor for review and stocking. The vendor may propose new items to be stocked and some items not be stocked. However, final determinations and selections shall be made by the POS. Items to not be stocked in the machines must primarily be due to machine incompatibility or lack of POS usage. The vendor will initially be given POS usage data/history to enable effective stocking
