Specifications include, but are not limited to:The Contractor shall install, supply, operate and maintain the vending machines in areas designated on Attachment A. These machines will include:1. 11 Cold bottled drink machines:There will be six (6) or eight (8) national brand selections, including diet and caffeine-free drinks, water, and also natural fruit juices.2. 7 Confectionery type products.Machines will be capable of offering at least twenty-four (24) nationally advertised products per machine, such as pastries, crackers, chips and candy. Whenever possible, consumers should have a "healthy" food choice;B. The Contractor shall maintain and properly service all machines to insure that they are all in good working order, clean, sanitary and free of insects/pests.C. All machines on campus shall be new or late-model machines in good working condition and should be uniform in appearance (by the installation of headers and end panels) and which are compatible with the decor of the designated area.D. The Contractor shall respond to any request for service within 24 hours of the initial contact for repairs. In the event a machine cannot be repaired within 72 hours from the time it is reported, the Contractor shall provide a replacement at the Contractor's expense.E. WWRC reserves the right to attach a label on each machine to designate who should be contacted within the Center when a loss of money occurs. A toll free number will be provided for all service problems and attached to each machine for use by WWRC staff to report service or product concerns. This number will be available from 5:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Monday through Friday. Successful vendor will be responsible to furnish Braille capability on all machines. (WWRC will provide assistance as requested on how/where to possibly obtain Braille labels for machines.)F. WWRC will provide electricity and water outlets needed to accommodate the location of machines.The Contractor shall charge no more than the maximum prices indicated below per currentcontract term for the listed products. Price ceilings will be reviewed at each renewalperiod, with no guarantee of increase:Bottled Sodas (20 oz.) $1.75Bottled Water $1,75Bottled Juice $1.75Pastries $1.50Candy (Regular) $1.50
