General RequirementsThe contractor shall:1. Adhere to the policies and procedures set forth by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, whereapplicable. See Attachment D for relevant PRAMS Protocol Chapters.2. Utilize the CDC-developed software tracking and CATI system: PRAMS Integrated Data CollectionSystem (PIDS).3. Ensure professional and high quality delivery of services in all requirements of the contractB. The Contractor shall, from May 1, 2016 through April 30, 2017, administer the PRAMS telephone survey. TheContractor is expected to be able to begin data collection within one week of execution of the contract.Training and access to the proprietary data collection system must be completed prior to data collection.C. The Contractor will conduct PRAMS telephone calling and interviewing in adherence to the followingrequirements:1. Call attempts shall be staggered over different times of the day and different days of the week. Calls shallbe made during evenings and weekends in addition to regular business hours. The Department will provideguidance on the most productive time slots for Virginia PRAMS participants. Fifteen call attempts should be made to each phone number for each PRAMS participant. Fewer than 15attempts per number is acceptable only in cases of a terminating outcome (e.g., completed interview,interview refused, language barrier, wrong number). Interviewers may be asked to go beyond 15 attemptsper telephone number if they have a strong lead (e.g., the respondent indicated previously that she wouldbe willing to complete the survey) or if a callback is requested by the department or potential PRAMSrespondent
