Specifications include, but are not limited to:The following services shall be included in this Architects scope of work: PHASE I: Project Understanding/Kickoff Meeting The successful AE Consultant shall meet with UConn to review project goals and objectives, roles & responsibilities, systems and geographical areas within scope of project, timeline for deliverables, budgets, invoicing, etc. PHASE II: Field SurveysUpon receiving approval to proceed, the surveying AE shall conduct the necessary field surveys and collect the associated attribute information for the scopes of work identified in the scope of work and contract.. Progress Meeting. Participate in project meetings with the University, Project Manager, Planner, and other parties as required to review progress, address questions, and coordinate activities planned for the next interval. The V&V AE shall validate 10% of the survey and attribute data collected by the surveying AE. To the extent the V&V AE identifies the need for additional surveying, it shall be done at no cost to UConn by the surveying AE. The deliverables for this phase include a validated ESRI geodatabase of all data collected for the scope of work outlined in the scope of work, a step by step procedure for uploading the data into UConn's ESRI software, plus a step by step procedure on how to create utility maps using UConn's ESRI software
