Specifications include, but are not limited to:The project includes providing all labor, equipment and materials to complete asbestos and lead paint abatement prior to the demolition of the two-story dwelling, demolition of structure, demolition of slabs, foundations walls, pads, walkways, and vegetation, as well as the work associated site restoration and stabilization activities, including temporary erosion and sedimentation controls, placement and compaction of fill to bring site to grade, placement of topsoil, final grading and seeding and mulching application over disturbed areas. Work includes removal and proper disposal of demolition debris and rubble. Work also includes the coordination of work as necessary for the dis-connection and termination of utility services to the site with the various services providers.
